An emotional atmosphere colored the Farewell and Welcome Parade of Old Officials and New Officials of the Cirebon Police Chief, from Police Commissioner Arif Budiman, S.I.K., M.H., to Pol Commissioner Sumarni, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., at Cirebon Police Headquarters, Thursday (11/1/2024).
In this activity, Police Commissioner Arif Budiman, S.I.K., M.H., along with Mrs. Tia Arif Budiman, said goodbye by walking around the Cirebon Police Headquarters while greeting all Cirebon Police Personnel, and accompanied by the Cirebon Police Chief, Police Commissioner Sumarni, S.I.K., S.H., M.H.
Next, Police Commissioner Arif Budiman, S.I.K., M.H., walked towards the exit gate of the Cirebon Police Headquarters accompanied by the Cirebon Police Chief, Police Commissioner Sumarni, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., accompanied by the Cirebon Police PJU ranks while accompanied by a parade of swords.
However, Police Commissioner Arif Budiman, S.I.K., M.H., who had entered the car that had been prepared, suddenly got out and then walked towards dozens of motorbike taxis, pedicab drivers, and street vendors across from the Cirebon Police Headquarters who also let him go.
He immediately greeted dozens of motorcycle taxi drivers, pedicab drivers and street vendors, then immediately greeted them one by one and then expressed his gratitude for all the support given while serving as Cirebon Police Chief since June 2021.
Pol Kombes Arif Budiman, S.I.K., M.H., was transferred to become an Intermediate Policy Analyst for the Binkar SSDM Polri in order to take part in the 33rd Regional Police Sespimti Sespimti Dikreg T.A 2024. Meanwhile, Pol Kombes Sumarni, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., previously served as Deputy Chief of Bekasi Metro Police.
At the Farewell Parade, Police Commissioner Arif Budiman, S.I.K., M.H., expressed his gratitude to the extended Cirebon Police family for the support and assistance provided while carrying out his mandate as Cirebon Police Chief.
In fact, he admitted that the Cirebon Police was one of the biggest teams he had ever participated in while serving as a member of the National Police. He also felt very honored to be given the opportunity to lead a team as big as the Cirebon Police.
"We also apologize if there are words or actions that have offended us, intentionally or unintentionally, but this is all for the good of the National Police organization and especially the Cirebon Police," said Police Commissioner Arif Budiman, S.I.K., M.H.
Cirebon Police Chief, Police Commissioner Sumarni, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., said "it is an honor and pride to be able to join as part of the big Cirebon Police family," he said
